❖Saudi Arabia ~ When this article was originally written, Women in Saudi Arabia could not vote. In 2011, King Abdullah granted Saudi Women the right to vote starting with the 2015 elections.
❖Vatican City ~ The smallest country in the World with almost 800 inhabitants. The Pope is elected by the College of Cardinals. Women cannot be cardinals, therefore cannot vote.
